Commission is totalled each month. Once your balance reaches ₦10,000 it is paid to your bank account, and anything below rolls over.

Do I need to apply or get approved?
No. Turning on partner mode only asks you to accept the terms, and your referral link is ready straight away. To manage a client, the client approves you with one click. To resell, the first period is paid from your wallet, so a funded wallet is all you need.
What does commission count?
Subscription payments: a client’s first plan payment and every renewal. Wallet top-ups and overage are not counted.
Why "up to" 20% on Manage and Resell?
Both are protected by a margin floor. On an account that sends heavily for its plan, the Manage commission can be trimmed, or the Resell wholesale price lifted, so the account still covers its sending cost. Neither goes past 20%, and wholesale never costs more than list price.
Can another partner take my client?
No. An account works with one partner at a time. While you manage or resell it, or your referral window on it is open, no other partner can attach to it.
Where do I track clients and earnings?
In the partner section of the dashboard: your referral link, referrals, managed and resold clients, commission and payouts, in one place. The sending, authentication and bounce handling for every client stay with us.
Can I mix models and plans across clients?
Yes. Each client account uses one model and one plan, and you choose per client. Refer one, manage another, resell a third, all from the same dashboard.
How and when do I get paid?
Commission is totalled monthly and paid in Naira by bank transfer to the Nigerian account you set in the dashboard, once your balance reaches ₦10,000. Anything below that rolls over to the next month.
How long do commissions last?
Refer pays 25% for 12 months from your referral’s first payment. Manage pays for as long as you manage the account. Resell has no time limit: you keep the difference between wholesale and your price.
On Manage, does my client keep control?
Yes. They own their account, keep their own login and pay SendByte directly. You are added to their team as an admin, and they can remove you from their Team page at any time.
On Resell, do my clients need a SendByte account?
No. The account sits in your workspace and you bill your clients yourself, so they never need to log in to SendByte.
Can I connect an existing account?
Yes, on Manage. The client needs a SendByte account, and it must not already work with another partner. If they are new, send them your referral link to sign up first.
