Do I need to apply or get approved? +
No. Referring is instant, just turn it on and share your link. To manage a client, they approve you with one click. To resell, you fund your wallet and you are live. We only step in manually in rare cases, such as an unusually large wholesale credit request.
Can I mix models and plans across clients? +
Yes. Each client account uses one model and one plan, and you choose per client. Refer one, manage another, resell a third, each on the plan that fits, all in one dashboard.
How and when do I get paid? +
Monthly, by bank transfer, once your balance passes ₦10,000. Anything below that rolls over to the next month.
Can an account have more than one partner? +
No. Each account is tied to one partner at a time, so the clients you bring or manage are always yours.
How long do commissions last? +
Refer pays 25% for 12 months from your referral's first payment. Manage pays 20% for as long as you manage the account. Resell has no time limit, you simply keep the difference between wholesale and your price.
On Manage, does my client keep control? +
Yes. They own their account, keep their own login, pay SendByte directly, and can see everything. You are added as a manager and can be removed by them at any time.
On Resell, do my clients need a SendByte account? +
No. You own the account and bill your clients yourself. They never need to log in, so you can keep the whole experience under your own brand.
Can I connect an existing account? +
Yes, with the account owner's consent, as long as it is not already linked to another partner.
